9+yrs for ear lobes only, with parental consent and proper paperwork.
14+yrs for all other piercings- with parental consent and proper paperwork.
( dermals, surface, nipples - 18+yrs)

Paperwork required for ALL minors (under 18yrs):
ALL OF THE BELOW.
1. State or Federally issued photo ID for minor (can use school ID with photo and name, state issued ID, or passport)
2. Parents ID matching to the birth certificate.
3. Birth certificate for minor with both names matching exactly to the photo IDs.
