How to Book Your Appointment for a Tattoo:

 1) Pay your deposit below
2)  You will receive a Text within the next 24-48 hours to set up your appointment date/time.  
The deposit paid will go toward the total cost of your tattoo. 
Permanent makeup appointments require the $100 deposit option below. 
All deposits/purchases are non-refundable. You must give 24hours notice to reschedule an appointment or you will lose your deposit. We only allow 3 reschedules before your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Tattoo Deposit For Semicolon/Suicide Awareness Tattoos

For the MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, Salvaged Soul Tattoo will be offering $60 Semicolon tattoos, with $25 of that going to the Nebraska Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Awareness!

The deposit paid will go toward the total cost of your tattoo.

About the Semicolon project: A nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness of mental illness, self-harm, suicide, and addiction. "A semicolon represents a sentence the author could've ended but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence is your life."

After you pay the deposit, we will text you within 72hrs to get your appointment set up! No modifications to the designs. One design per person.
